The Jusef Palace
At the front of the courtyard are the remains of what once was the main room of the palace: a tower overlooking a portico in the open patio. The remains of the walls now form a terrace that provides one of the loveliest views to be seen from the Alhambra Generalife.

Patio de los Leones
The Patio of the Lions (Patio de Los Leones) is probably the most famous patio in the Alhambra complex. The twelve lions throw jets of water and which are part of the fountain in the middle of the patio. A large dodecagon-shaped basin rests on top of the twelve lions that are around it. This white marble fountain is one of the most important examples of Islamic sculpture.
