Make a reservation

After you register we will send you an invoice including payment information. Payment of your deposit secures your booking, this is applied to the total cost of your tour in Andalucia. We have a safe and secure payment system and will forward you a link to this when booking. Participants are only guaranteed a place on a tour after we receive a paid deposit of 30%. The balance of the Andalucia tour fee is due on or before the date specified on your invoice. Please familiarise yourself with all the terms and policies about the Andalucia tours by reading the Andalucia tours policy.

It is the responsibility of the participant to be fully aware of the tour policy and to ask any questions about anything which may not be fully understood. Payment can be made either through our secure booking system if paying by credit card or by IMT to either our ANZ business account or to our ‘Wise’ account as we have found their foreign exchange transfer fees are very reasonable. We will advise what the Andalucia tour fees and exchange rates are in your currency at the time of invoicing.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS

All travellers will need a valid passport for dates of travel. Depending on your country of origin, you may also need a visa. For entry into Spain, please check any online visas you may need to apply for and allow plenty of time, before travelling. For questions relating to current entry and Covid vaccination requirements from your country of origin to Spain, please check with your travel agent before travelling.

FITNESS AND TRAVEL INSURANCE

A reasonable level of fitness is required. This means you must be able to walk at least 1 km without assistance. Some cities and towns have uneven paving dating back to the Renaissance and earlier so you must bring suitable walking shoes. If you have any doubts about what is considered a reasonable level of fitness please contact us before proceeding to book your tour. Please note: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory.

CANCELLATION

Deposits are non-refundable* (with the exception of our guarantee ) However, if payment has been made in full 50% will be refunded for cancellations prior to 90 days before the commencement of your tour. Within 90 days of the commencement of your Andalucia tour, all payments are non-refundable.

OUR GUARANTEE

Should Sol y Sombra Tours, be unable to proceed with the Andalucia tour prior to arrival in Spain, deposits and payments made for the Andalucia tour will be refunded in full to participants upon cancellation - with the exception of force majeure as described here. Please read the Andalucia Tours policy.

CHANGES TO ITINERARY

Sometimes it’s necessary to make changes due to circumstances beyond our control. We like to be flexible and reserve the right to change the itinerary schedule if necessary - for example, If there are weather changes, the days may be interchanged to enable us to enjoy everything as specified during your tour. * Where accommodation or transportation is changed we will provide alternate accommodation or transport of equal quality.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

Airline tickets. ( These must be arranged from each traveller’s home country.) Comprehensive Travel Insurance. (A mandatory requirement) This includes personal, accident, and medical expenses. Covid protection insurance for any isolation that may be required or hospitalisation due to Covid is your sole responsibility.  Excess baggage, any related excess, lost or stolen luggage or other costs due to travel during the tour or airline disruptions. Entry tickets that are not included as part of the tour for museums and other events you choose to visit. Taxi fares to and from the point of arrival and departure for the tour, and any other transport miscellaneous fares that are not included in the tour.  Telephone communication or business charges in hotels. (All our hotels offer free Wi-Fi) Shared meals that have not been specified as included in the tour, for example, lunches and evening meals should we all choose to eat out together that have not been specifically included. Hotel mini bar- you are welcome to avail yourself of these, however you must pay for this at the hotel and must notify us if you are using the mini bar service as this is not included in your room rate. Alcohol is not included. The cost of Items of a personal nature such as laundry services.
