I remember a time in the 1970's, on holiday in the Coromandel in New Zealand, when it was as if time slowed down to such a slow pace a few weeks seemed like several months. When I think back on it, I have to ask the question, was it just childhood that seemed to go on forever or is there more to it than that? As I recall those memories, one thing stands out, the sense of fun we all shared. Then, there was less technology and less distraction. 

Whenever we go to Andalucia it takes me back to this feeling. Time really does stand still here. There are none of those social barriers, The Spanish people we meet are 'real' and it's refreshing.
